Jamilee Baroud

Jamilee Baroud, PhD, is a Curriculum and Evaluation Consultant with a passion for educational technology and equity. With a Master of Education and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, she plays a pivotal role in the Faculty of Education’s Learning Design & Digital Innovation department, planning and developing educational programs aligned with UBC’s goals. Collaborating with academic units and staff, Jamilee’s work focuses on inclusive learning through technology integration. Her commitment to accessible education makes her an invaluable asset in the field of educational technology.

Kalisa Young

Kalisa Young is a dedicated educational technologist, passionate about integrating technology with a focus on equity in teaching. Her work at LDDI involves collaborating closely with staff, faculty, and learning designers to enhance Canvas courses and conduct workshops on various subjects such as Canvas utilization, Zoom implementation, accessibility, and Universal Design for Learning. Kalisa’s belief in the transformative potential of educational technology drives her to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences for all.

Eduardo Rebagliati

Eduardo Rebagliati, a dedicated and accomplished professional at LDDI, plays a pivotal and proactive role in spearheading and coordinating educational technology initiatives, envisioning innovative solutions for enhanced and student-centered learning experiences. Drawing from his extensive expertise in multimedia production and instructional design, he consistently contributes to the creation of meaningful and engaging environments within the realm of education.
