Pioneering a transformative approach to education, Edith Lando VLC and UBC Childcare are working collaboratively to develop an educational garden that will offer opportunities for both learning and outdoor play to children as young as 2 years old.
Led by Megan Zeni, Ena Point, and Peyvand Fralick, this initiative redefines learning through immersive natural experiences.
This collaborative effort will transcend traditional classroom boundaries, offering hands-on experiences that ignite curiosity and connection with the natural world. As the Educational Children’s Garden takes root, we anticipate a vibrant space where exploration, learning, and growth flourish; embodying the spirit of collaboration and education.
